Welcome back! For the next few weeks we are going to work from top to bottom and just see if you are moving as well as other humans.  Our poor neck muscles take quite a load. We are looking down all the time at our screens and those poor muscles in the back of our neck just get overworked.  This results in stiffness, headaches, neck and shoulder blade pain. All of which both rob you of performance, if you're an athlete but also of quality of life, in general.  [Check out this video](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Cbh7-tJ4M4&w=854&h=480) to see if you move within the normal ranges. If you don't, contact us and find out what strategies you can use to get back to moving without pain all the way through your ranges. ###### Tags: ![Team Natural Wellness](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logos%20(1)-2.png?width=50&height=50&name=Logos%20(1)-2.png) Post by [Team Natural Wellness](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/blog/author/team-natural-wellness) Mar 27, 2019 4:00:00 PM ### Comments [![Team Natural Wellness](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/hs-fs/hubfs/**NWPT.png?width=83&height=90&name=**NWPT.png)](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com) - [Home](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com) - [About Us](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/-about-us) - [Free Resources](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/free-resources) - [Services](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/services) - [Blog](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/blog) - [Events](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/services/events-workshops) - [Contact](https://go.teamnaturalwellness.com/contact) **Natural Wellness Physiotherapy ** (316) 290-9158 309 S.
